Another week, another show – whaddya mean, it’s been two weeks already? Alright, okay, I sort of meant to edit this a little while back so yes, technically I spend a good portion of time talking about Labor Day and the end of summer. But hey. You forgive me, right?

Join us for another thrill-packed half-hour, filled with technical glitches (neatly edited out; see if you can spot the join) and talk of MOVIES! We’ve got a bit of everything for everyone this time out, including Mike Judge’s Extract, summer sleeper The Hangover, retro-classics Vanishing Point and An American Werewolf in London… plus a whole lot of raving about Anvil! The Story of Anvil, the real-life equivalent of Spinal Tap.

In fact, by complete coincidence, it turns out that Anvil’s story has only just made it to DVD – so do yourself a favour and run out and buy it when you’re done listening to us.

Oh! And before I forget! Yes, it’s the triumphant return of the Tagline Movie Quote Quiz! All you need to do is listen in and guess the quote Al comes up with at the end. (Hint: it’s from one of those movies we always, always quote….)
